I'm curious what Iphone Apps other appraisers are using, both the free ones and the paid ones.
There are almost too many choices.

Thank you Brian,
I have a big fear that as technology advances and our appraisal software gets more bundled, the software companies will begin charging appraisers for programs that are already free, or worse yet, for programs we're already paying for elsewhere.
