I do not know of any free MLS but maybe someone else will have a source or idea for you. Our service costs do add up and while our fees have gone down our service provides have raised their fees which does make for a struggle.

Does anyone know of a MLS you can join without being a member of your local board of realtors, I have found a couple of free ones but they will only let you access current listings and not closed sales- Thanks

General info request - anyone have access to residential studies of the contributory value of solar electric. Yes I have the SunPower community data. National or state wide for California would be of interest. Thanks in advance.

The chapter of the REAA that I am member of is in Sacramento and we have our meetings near the Arden mall. Here is the link to the REAA website http://www.reaaca.org/ there are 3 chapters. The East Bay would be closest to you and they meet in Pleasanton. We'd love to see you at ours in Sacramento and your always welcome to come network with us in Folsom. Our chapters REAA meeting next month will have John Brennan from the Appraisal Foundation and that meeting always sells out. Watch our website if your interested in coming and sign up early. Thank you for the invite. Your comments/information has been most helpful to me.......though the reviewer didnt care =) I understand you are in Folsom. Where are your REAA meetings. I have little local connection to appraisers and would be willing to move around periodically to meet others and discuss the nuances of our work/industry etc.
