Chet appraises out of Longmont, I've known him since 1995. I think he will be a good member of the group. He's also an outstanding golfer! Figured that would get Gary's attention!

Hey Jim!

Doug asked me to join up and looks like you have the beginnings of a good group started. Hopefully we can begin to raise the bar of appraisal standards in the state. In light of all that is happening within our industry, we have a wonderful opportunity to provide lenders, investors, and other market participants what they so desparately need right now and that is quality valuation products. A network of similar minded professionals could be a great benefit. I look forward to the discussions.

Great idea!
You could add links to the state website page that lists the counties instead of linking all of the county assessors.
