I read recently a letter from the HOC that said an appraiser cannot change anything after the appraisal is released, the underwriter must explain it at point. Now I cannot find the letter. Anyone know which one I am refering to ?? Even if the sales contract changes the underwriter is to note the changes not the appraiser. Did I dream this letter?
