When populating the 1004MC form why won't the 7-12 and 4-6 active listings count populate. This is good information to correlate for trends in active listings....

The program looks great, I am in California, can I use the SMART program here with my MLS.

Not sure but doI need to do all teh reseach in my MLS program and pull it into the SMART pro or how does all that work.

Mr. Holbrook just called me and spent an 1 1/2 to 2 hours talking and going over my mls system. I knew they were busy, but they are swamped with interest. I am excited about the SMART product and that it will give me a stronger understanding of my market and how to teach/inform others about what is really going on. If you are still waiting to get hooked up, please be patient. Due to the influx of orders Mr. Holbrook and his team are working personally with everyone to get it right, not just fast. I am really excited that this relationship is going to make me a better appraiser.

I am still trying to get hooked up with the software. I know Bill et al are probably really busy lately. I have recommended a couple of other guys to take a look at the demo also. I am ready though to put it to work in my area. Hopefully soon.

I did also and it seems pretty nice for only $25 per month even compared to the free excel spreadsheets I am trying to use. The graphs and tools to measure the trends are great

I just participated in the webinar and I must say that S.M.A.R.T. is a powerfull tool!
